The Future Human Project is a boutique change consultancy, combining behavioural science with more than thirty years of senior corporate leadership. Our style is, honest, approachable, and commercial. We like to tackle things with a little humour, there will be no stuffy meetings and whilst we won’t turn up in our joggers, we do like to keep things relaxed, and open, creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable to participate. We are small (purposefully so), but we have a wide network of experts to call upon if your project is a little niche. We support organisations, and individuals, to develop and implement change. Sounds easy, but it’s much more complex than that one sentence would have you believe. Perhaps you need support to get the best out of your team, or perhaps you need help to implement a new strategy. Each project can be assessed (even if you think you know what you need), using a variety of cultural assessment tools, so we understand where your organisation is and how you would like to evolve. Consultancy continues to evolve, and rather than offer a sheep dip of one size fits all solutions, The Future Human Project provides bespoke interventions relevant to each project. We can test and learn and adapt our programme as we measure against the targets we have set together.
