In 2008 THE DUKE Distillery was founded with great craftsmanship and passion in a cosy backyard right in the heart of Munich, the vibrant capital of Bavaria. Time, love and juniper berries were the founders essential raw materials. Only hand-selected organic botanicals should be used for the production of THE DUKE’s distillates. Over the years, the customer base and company itself grew to such an extent, that at the end of 2016, the distillery decided to move into an old brickstone building in Aschheim near Munich. One, that suits its needs and vision of a “transparent distillery” perfectly. Here, in the lovely Bavarian landscape with its gentle rolling hills, THE DUKE finally found his proper home.
