The Drawing Room is Warrington's leading domestic Architectural Design Company. Established in 1998 by Dean Richards, it has a strong customer base and most work is undertaken by personal recommendation or word of mouth. We offer a comprehensive design service and pride ourselves on offering customer satisfaction and value for money. Our aim is to delight our customers. We take pride in our ability to understand the requirements of our customers, and to provide them with a variety of design options, presented with flair and detail, utilising experience and knowledge, but being mindful of planning constraints, statutory building regulations and of course, cost.
