Founded by Stefanie Valakas APD, Certified Fertility & Pregnancy Dietitian Our HQ is based in Sydney, Australia, our team work from across the Eastern seaboard. The Dietologist transitioned to a fully digital practice in 2020 offering Zoom consultations to clients across Australia and the world who are seeking expert nutrition advice for their fertility & reproductive health journies. The Dietologist provides 1-on-1 services for those trying to conceive to help them apply the latest scientific evidence in the space of fertility nutrition in a practical and flexible way to their life for optimal outcomes. We also have a special interest in managing reproductive health related concerns such as PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid concerns as well as metabolic health concerns such as insulin resistance & weight concerns, disordered eating and more. We adore supporting our clients that conceive throughout pregnancy, post-partum, the critical lifestage noted as the first 1000 days of life to ultimately prevent long-term chronic conditions. The Dietologist has been awarded for excellence in high quality dietetics care in 2022 by Dietitians Australia for the Quality in Primary Care Award. Founder, Stefanie Valakas, has also been listed as a finalist for Dietitian of the Year in 2020-2021 (Allied Health Awards).
