The Cheese Maker W.L.L is a factory that specializes in the manufacturing of fresh & curd cheeses. The factory was registered in Bahrain July 2018 and it is expected to be fully operational by Jan 2019. The initial production line composes of 4 cheeses; Fresh Mozzarella, Fresh Burrata, Fresh Ricotta, & Curd Scamorza. Manufacturing capacity is estimated at 4000 kilograms of cheese per week. The factory’s clientele base consists of fine-dine Italian restaurants, hotels, caterers, foodstuff suppliers, bakeries and supermarkets as the cheese maker caters to businesses and end-consumers in Bahrain as well as the rest of the GCC countries.
