Overview

The Charlotte Foundation is an organization in Charleston, SC whose mission is to provide services to adults with disabilities. Pointe Charlotte is the first project that we are pursuing. Pointe Charlotte will be a village for adults with moderate to severe disabilities. The village will offer 24/7 care, housing, therapies, walking trails, aquatic center, gymnasium as well as many planned events.
