Overview

We are the team of researchers interested in developing therapeutics through cell fate engineering! Currently working with differentiation human and mouse embryonic stem cells, human primary hematopoietic stem cells, retina ganglion cells and reprogramming to iPSCs from mature blood cells, via technologies such as single-cell transcriptomic and spatial transcriptomics, CAPTURE, lineage tracing and CRISPR screening.
