The Call Here Self Storage Call Center is a part of the Store Here family of companies and run by Self Storage Strategies. It is a boutique call center that handles a limited number of self-storage properties for its clients. Agents work remotely from home and allow sites to flourish with no-contact best practices. Some sites we answer for are unstaffed, and we are the managers, handling everything virtually for the storage operator. Other sites are staffed and we act as the backup for when staff cannot answer the phone or after hours. Some sites use a hybrid model. We are powered by the Call Potential platform which allows us to integrate with many of the most popular self-storage management software platforms including SiteLink. Our agents have broad experience with self-storage callers and are skilled in customer service and store operations. Our conversion rate of rental inquiries to rentals is fantastic and makes for a tremendous return on investment for our clients. The setup process for new clients is simple and easy.
