Constructed of 39 repurposed shipping containers, Nelson+Stowe Development has brought this innovative project to life. Nestled in Downtown Tulsa, the Boxyard is a hub of micro-retail and houses a variety of shops. From ice cream to science, Belgium beer to jewelry, many have found a home in this shipping container construct and are part of an effort to bring retail back to downtown Tulsa. The Boxyard held its grand opening in December of 2016 and is near fully leased. 95% of the leased spaces are now open for business.
