It’s founders’ experience goes back to 1999, the times of explorer Alex Bellini’s first adventures. In 2007 Francesca became Alex’s Executive Project Manager. Alex has continually concentrated on improving himself to provide an increasingly better support to his client companies, inspired by the desire to diversify and constant interior research for mental optimisation of performance. All these factors have led Alex Bellini to become a Mental Coach, applying the S.F.ER.A. model, developed by Giuseppe Vercelli, a Performance Psychologist at the Torino University, who developed it on the basis of his own experience in sports, by studying the performance of over700 athletes, including Italy’s skiing, canoe and kayak national teams, and of the players of the Juventus Soccer Club. The 5th Element offers one-to-one sessions, sessions together with the company’s executive team as facilitator and also workshops on specific subjects used to leverage the motivation of individuals. Francesca Urso is the CEO of the 5th Element, Alex Bellini’s exclusive Agent for public engagements, that coordinates and manages Alex’s image and acts as Expedition Manager.
