Overview

Our purpose is transforming the dysphagia dining experience. We produce an extensive range of texture modified protein and vegetable products in Pureed Level 4 (plus desserts/mid-meal snacks), Minced & Moist Level 5 and Soft & Bite-Sized Level 6. We also offer Moderately Thick Level 3 sauces and gravy to enhance the meal. We cook fresh, wholesome ingredients to make moulded texture modified food products that are nutritional, flavoursome and visually appealing while following the IDDSI guidelines and food safety standards. We supply pre-plated meals and individual portion-controlled food products such as frozen proteins, vegetables, vegetarian, sauces/gravy and desserts that are convenient to store and to plate and serve.
