Overview

The Texas Institute for Leadership & Business Management (TILBM) is an educational nonprofit committed to providing free high-quality services and certifications that enable Texans to learn skills related to finance, management, leadership, and other professional development subjects. TILBM also hosts the Parchment Pathway Fellowship Program, a competitive high school initiative started to help give students an edge against the world by teaching them personal finance, advanced college success strategies, leadership fundamentals, entrepreneurialism, and critical professional skills. The Parchment Pathway Program is a proud partner with Birdville ISD, UNT Dallas, and Tarrant County College, also providing college students with invaluable coaching, volunteer, and internship experience. TILBM was launched to honor and empower Texans and pay homage to the beautiful Lone Star State that has helped shape United Stated history and contribute to education and higher learning since its birth as an independent nation in the early 1800s.
