Established by a vegan couple 7 years ago, following the successful development of cheese-substitutes for their kids. With boutique and small scale production, the company gradually established a reputation in the Israeli vegan market. Our production has been industrialized and is currently sold to natural food stores, hotels and restaurants. We continue to develop and produce cheeses and raw materials that lead the highly competitive Israeli vegan market. Led by our core values – innovation, creativity and passion – we bring a tasty and healthy alternative to the animal-based products market. Human Nature’s patented methods are based on the adoption of the know-how of the traditional cheese making artisanship, when making vegan cheese. For example, we use enzymes and bacterial fermentation methods, which eliminate the need to use stabilizers. Our product line is based on no more than five ingredients per product, with milk replaced by almonds and soy beans. This combination provides an optimal balance of price and taste
