Overview

The TestDirectly Direct-to-Consumer Portal (D2C) is the latest addition to the LigoLab LIS & RCM Laboratory Operating Platform™, a platform that also includes agile and fully customizable modules for Anatomic Pathology (AP), Clinical Pathology (CP), Molecular Diagnostics (MDx), and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), plus comprehensive modules and supporting engines that cover the complete life cycle of all laboratory operations and financial processes and enable labs to grow and thrive. The TestDirectly Portal is intuitive and accessible from anywhere at any time on any mobile device. It gives laboratories a simple yet effective agnostic tool that eliminates the order entry bottleneck and frees them from any follow-up, enabling them to scale COVID-19 collection, testing, and reporting workflows that produce fast and accurate results, minus the friction and the errors that come with manual labor. TestDirectly is web-based and works seamlessly with any laboratory information system (LIS) to replace paper requisitions and the need for manual order entry with a streamlined electronic workflow that boosts testing capacity and improves turnaround times. The portal supports a case and a specimen throughout the testing journey, including patient self-registration and scheduling, specimen collection, laboratory processing, report delivery, and billing operations. The system is designed to support multiple collection workflows, including drive-through, walk-up, employer back-to-work, long term care, correctional facility, school and university system, entertainment industry, and more. Within minutes of being finalized, reports are automatically delivered from the LIS to the TestDirectly portal, and patients are notified (via email and/or SMS) that their results are ready to be reviewed. The portal also provides real-time test results and prevalence, allowing public health officials to take immediate track and trace action when positive COVID-19 cases are identified.
