Il nome Tecnoassist nasce dalla passione che ha animato i primi anni di storia di un team di giovani aspiranti imprenditori che desideravano offrire servizi di assistenza tecnica ai primissimi devices tecnologici presenti sul mercato (computer, periferiche). Nel corso degli anni, l’evoluzione dell’assistenza tecnica ha portato l’azienda alla specializzazione nell’ambito dei servizi su sistemi di stampa e devices industriali (stampanti, plotter, scanner, printer mechanism), oltre che sull’ hardware per il personal computing e servers. Accanto all’attività vera e propria di ASSISTENZA TECNICA è stato necessario mettere a punto negli anni appositi processi di LOGISTICA EVOLUTA che, pur mutuando i principi della logistica tradizionale, si sono dimostrati dei servizi specifici e altamente specializzati, in quanto derivati dell’esperienza in ambito service after sales. Attualmente, le nostre attività spaziano dai prodotti high-tech a quelli più tradizionali. Oggi siamo in grado di mettere a disposizione una piattaforma unica di servizio, grazie alla interconnessione presente tra le due anime del nostro lavoro e della nostra esperienza: LOGISTICA EVOLUTA ASSISTENZA TECNICA A queste si è aggiunta recentemente una terza divisione deputata alle INFRASTRUTTURE ASSISTITE, che eredita dalla logistica evoluta la gestione degli spazio e dall’assistenza tecnica la cura del bene al servizio dello Smart Working. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The name Tecnoassist was born from the passion that moved the beginning of young aspirant entrepreneurs team’s history , who desired to offer technical assistance services to the very first technological devices on the market (computer, peripherals). Over the years, the evolution of technical assistance led the company to specialized in printing systems and industrial devices (printers, plotters, scanners, printer mechanism), as well as hardware for personal computing and servers. Next to the real TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE was necessary to set over the years special processes of EVOLVED LOGISTICS that, borrowing the principles of traditional logistics, proved to be specific services highly specialized, as deriving from the experience of "service after sales" field. Currently, our activities range from high-tech products to more traditional ones. Today we can make available a single-platform for our services, thanks to the interconnection between the two souls of our work and our experience: EVOLVED LOGISTICS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE Recently, to these, it has been added a third division designated to ASSISTED INFRASTRUCTURES, that get from evolved logistics the space management and from technical assistance the goods’ care at the service of Smart Working.
