Technoform s.a. was founded in 1998 near the city of Kilkis, 45 Km north of Thessaloniki, on private owned site of 39 arcs. The establishment covers 7000m2 and is specialized in design and manufacture molds, state of the art machined parts, as well as plastic components. Technoform s.a. is Certified by TUV Hellas according to EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. Nowadays being competitive in the market, means manufacturing flexibility, keeping in lead times and being delicate and perfect in your products. Design is a perfect means of communicating manufacturing ideas in great detail. By the use of advanced CAD software intergraded product design is achieved, consisting of 3D presentation, assembles and 2D plots. In addition, 5 – axis CAM makes possible the machining of complex surfaces. Design specialists will help the customer to design a product technically feasible and reasonably priced. Our production equipment offers flexible manufacturing schedules for one off products (Molds) as well as small and big batches. Experienced personnel working in our CNC milling and turning centers assure optimum precision in the fastest possible lead times. Technoform s.a. is equipped with 17 CNC machines, of which two mills are simultaneous 5-axis (Mazak Variaxis, HAAS UMC 750SS), one turn is 5-axis (Mazak Integrex), three turns are 4-axis, three 4-axis CNC revolver machines which can process from 3-42 mm diameter. Besides we have a revolver multispindle machine with 6 spindles (GM 20-6) for high production. The thermoplastics production is achieved through the use of 15 injection-molding machines. Experience has been made through the years in a wide range of thermoplastic materials.. We manage the design, manufacture, maintenance and production of plastic components in our facilities and we deliver the finan product. It is our policy, that the product or mold should be delivered to a customer only when he is fully satisfied and all his requirements are met.
