After 10 successful years TU Berlin ended it's activities in El Gouna and did close Campus El Gouna. TUB Campus El Gouna was established to act as a scientific and academic field office of Technische Universität Berlin on the Red Sea in Egypt. In its satellite Campus in El Gouna, TU Berlin offered five Master degree programs with students dividing their time between El Gouna and TU Berlin. With students from more than 50 countries and English as instruction language, TU Berlin Campus El Gouna was unique in it's internationality. Furthermore El Gouna has become a research hub for TU Berlin's excellent researchers as well as other research institutions. However, TUB Campus El Gouna does not exist any longer, the community of Alumni and friends will grow and stay in touch.
