Tech-Rx Ventures is a new venture capital fund in Silicon Valley that invests both financial AND human capital in technology companies that are struggling to scale. We diagnose the problems, augment the team with human capital from our own bench, lead a new round of financing with a $250k-$500k investment, and push for a 3-5x return within 2 years. The fund model was designed to mitigate financial risk while allowing for more repeatable wins/returns. Think late stage investing in early stage companies.
