Te Āhuru Mōwai is an exciting new organisation established to deliver 'whānau-focused' social housing in the Porirua/Tawa area. Established by Ngāti Toa, while working with Government, Te Āhuru Mōwai seeks to become a world-class community housing provider with the objective of providing warm and safe public housing, providing services to over 900 homes. Te Āhuru Mōwai will play its part in achieving positive social and community development outcomes for people, whānau and the wider Porirua community.
