Originally founded in 2009 by Alexandra Peng, TC CHARTON was the first North American brand that focused on designing beautiful eyewear for Asians. Most eyewear is designed with European features in mind, causing poor fit for many Asians. This need caused TC CHARTON founder Alexandra Peng to embark on her journey designing specifically for Asian and multi-ethnic features. Prior to founding TC CHARTON, Peng spent more than 16 years designing and producing eyewear for global brands.
