TaxiPal’s vision is to be the only taxi ordering app the user needs to have on his/her phone, regardless of where he/she is or travels. TaxiPal helps end-users order local trustworthy taxi services at home or when travelling anywhere in the world, crossing language and information barriers. TaxiPal helps taxi companies to better manage their fleet and bring them new customers. TaxiPal won the Mobile Premier Award in Innovation from the MobileMonday Community in Barcelona, 2010. TaxiPal won the NAVTEQ Global LBS Challenge® 2009 Grand Prize for the Americas region and also the overall global title Global LBS Challenge CHAMPION 2009.
