Overview

TAQUERIA was founded because of our love for Mexican cuisine, especially the one we experienced in the famous taquerias on the West and East Coast of the United States. We want to share this amazing local cuisine with the Romanian people who had never been exposed to it. Here at TAQUERIA, we want each and every single one of our guests to have a unique experience. Few of the things that make us the best taqueria on earth are: our fresh ingredients, our friendliness, our sparkling clean restaurants and the way we roll our burritos. A trip to TAQUERIA gives you the same experience as watching somebody's mom cooking with passion for the loved ones. Tex-Mex is all about spending quality time around the dinner table with the entire family, and enjoying the best dishes. This is TAQUERIA's mission and we are not looking to bring to Romania the Mexican stereotypes others often use, with mustached waiters and sombreros hanging on the wall. We are offering eco friendly and all natural food, but most importantly, we are guarantying the authentic Mexican taste. We are not using substitutes, and everything resembles the real Mexican kitchen with a twist of Texas. Tex-Mex is a fusion of ingredients from the North of Mexico and South of USA, which reflects the culinary creations of Tejanos population. The real Tex-Mex food is fresh, simple and made with traditional ingredients. Black and pinto beans, jalapeno, habanero and chipotle peppers, Hass avocado, cilantro, cumin and tomatillos. Our dishes contain no local substitutes but only authentic ingredients. At TAQUERIA we respect our guests and their decision to dine in our restaurants.
