A national umbrella of a planning and executive nature to enable the economic diversification sectors to achieve the targeted growth rates and create the regulatory and legislative environment in line with future plans. The program is based on Oman vision 2040 focused priority: Economic Diversification and Fiscal Sustainability. The program pillars are: - To strengthening forward and backward linkages between economic sectors with the aim of expanding the production and export base. - Diversifying trading partners, depending investment in sectors with high added value - Enhancing the contribution of non-oil sectors to the GDP.
