Tactile Images is a free e-learning platform that facilitates access to education for people with visual and learning disabilities. We use technology to create the infrastructure needed to democratize special education. Teachers and parents all over the world can join the e-learning platform to add custom captions to photos and tactile graphics. These can then be explored independently by people with visual and learning disabilities with a mobile app that indicates the position of the finger and speaks to them just like a specialist.
