Tabaran Institute of Higher Education (Persian: موسسه آموزش عالی تابران Mo'assese āmoozeshe āliy-e Tabaran) is a non-governmental and non-profit institute of higher education which was founded in 2006 in Mashhad, Iran. Tabaran provides both undergraduate and graduate programs in 5 main departments including English Language and Literature, Psychology, Management, Accounting, Arts and Architecture, and Computer Sciences. Tabaran Vocational Center also offers technical and short-term courses and training programs. Tabaran Institute of Higher Education is supervised by Iran Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. Tabaran Institute of Higher Education is committed to research in various fields. It also publishes two leading scientific peer-reviewed journals: International Journal of Language Testing (IJLT) and Journal of Research in Techno-based Language Education (JRTLE).
