So, welcome to the Sydney Chinese School website. Established in 1974, registered as a charity and not-for-profit organisation. This is a Community Language School is under the Department of School Education NSW Community Languages Schools. In the late 2017, the school was relocated from Cleveland Street, Surry Hills, to the Mitchell Road in Alexandria. The school provides for the learning of Cantonese and Mandarin languages from K – Year 10 for both Chinese and non-Chinese backgrounds and currently has the capacity to provide 36 classes not exceed 400 students on Saturdays of the NSW school year.
