Overview

Since 1925, the Society of Women Writers has brought together women writers to promote a knowledge of literature and encourage Australian writing. The society holds workshops, keynote speakers, literary competitions, and provides a place for women writers to meet, connect and share. Our traditional home is the Dixson Room at the NSW State Library.
