Food and Beverage Services

Overview

We trade food commodities in Africa sourced from global sources Please note: Prices, terms and procedures are subject to change without notice. A requirement for every buyer is that they show us upfront that they are financially capable of executing the purchase by providing us with a BCL together with your LOI/ICPO or have your LOI/ICPO bank endorsed. All documents MUST be issued on Buyer’s/Seller’s official letterhead with all company details, including address, email, telephone, company registration no, etc. and MUST be signed by accredited manager duly representing the company. Documents, which do not comply with these requirements, will be ignored as invalid. Prices and terms are for elaboration but NOT for negotiation. We DO NOT work to buyer’s procedures. Our offers are CIF ASWP or as mentioned otherwise. Some destinations require a surcharge and thus any non-ASWP pricing has to be confirmed. Our prices are based on real production and shipping costs. The only way for a buyer to reduce the cost of the sugar is to issue a BG/SBLC (where applicable) that carries the value for additional months than the quantity requested by the sellers, which is one month. The Seller will issue the Proof of Product (POP) to the Buyer’s Bank via MT799 after acceptance of the payment instrument. Since the product has not yet been produced, POP consists of documentation confirming the Seller as a registered Seller with a refinery of Sugar which is registered with the Brazilian Government. The documentation establishes that the Seller is not only qualified, but capable, experienced and licensed to sell and export all sugar products. This verifies that the Seller has both the physical and the legal ability to fulfill the contracts they issue. .
