I conduct the following activities: + Sustainability Direction for Festivals. + Sustainability Masterplanning & Design for the Festival/Community development. + Resource Management project, planning, logistics, buildup, site operation and breakdown. + Team Manager/Contractor & Volunteer Management. + Consumption & Waste Management, respecting Zero Waste and Leave No Trace philosophy. + Water Management: Water distribution system design & Waste Water Treatment. + Upcycling and Reuse of materials for festival infrastructure and reduced consumption. + Renewable Energy systems implementation. + Biotoilets & Ecosanitation implementation. + Education for Sustainability: Principle and practices training for managers, constructors, and operation teams of the event. + Communication Strategies and Marketing development for sustainability; + Regeneration of land, habitats, and local ecosystem. + Consultancy and liaison with local and national authorities. + Carbon Accounting & Management, GHG Protocol, ISO 20212, ESG, SDG, Matetial Analysis Flow, Life Cycle Analysis, Environment Costs Indicators, Circularity, Materiality, CSR + Sustainability Assessment & Reports - understand the event's lifecycle metabolism: impacts, identify opportunities and track progress. + Setting up circular economy plan, decarbonization and carbon emissions neutrality strategies and targets. + Fundraising: E.U. Funds for Innovation and Events Sustainability.
