Sunfield Center for Autism, ADHD, and Behavioral Health

Mental Health Care

Overview

Sunfield Center was founded in August 2011 by psychologists from the former University of Michigan Autism and Communication Disorders Center. We created Sunfield Center to provide evidence-based and research-informed evaluations and treatments by a team of highly qualified professionals. We are dedicated to increasing awareness of childhood mental health needs as well as providing patients and their families a place that provides stability, trust, education, and ongoing support. All of our staff are trained in the delivery of state-of-the-art assessments and treatments of individuals across the age span (from toddlers to adults) presenting with Autism Spectrum Disorders. We also specialize in diagnostic assessment and treatment of Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity (ADHD) and Disruptive Behavior Disorders as well as Anxiety Disorders in children and adolescents. Sunfield Center prides itself on the foundation of a team of professionals devoted to the advancement of clinical care, research, education and training. We consult with local academic institutions and hospitals and provide advanced training for professionals, local schools and graduate and undergraduate students. In the coming years, we will continue to focus on building a network of strong relationships with professionals, schools, academic institutions, hospitals and local agencies to provide exceptional care and support to our community and the families we serve.
