PASEO DEL PUERTO & MARINA PARACAS (PP&MP) is an innovative real estate project promoted and developed by the company SUMARE SAC who has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry and comprised of the same team of professionals behinds the successful housing developments such as Nuevo Paracas (project valued at US$ 125M) and La Finca de Villacurí (project valued at US$ 18M). Based on previous experience and knowledge about the demand of visitors in the area, SUMARE SAC is developing PP&MP in an area of 20,833 m2 (224,245 ft2) and facing the sea at KM 18 of the Pisco-Paracas Road in the city of Paracas, Ica, Peru. The project will consists of a Life Style Center, a Beach Resort and a Marina.
