Sukh means peace and joy, and ayu means life in the Sanskrit language. Sukhayu Wellness is a wellness practice formed with the mission is to promote all aspects of well-being, respecting the right to a fulfilling life. We practice a holistic approach using a combination of evidence-based and traditional techniques at individual, community, and organizational levels to support people in realizing their optimal potential. Our techniques are universal and can be beneficial in any situation. Our Specialities: We provide integrative holistic life, wellness, physician, and executive coaching, consulting, education, imagery, yoga, and mind-body techniques. We also offer mind-body skills groups to reduce stress and enhance resilience through self-awareness and self-care. At Sukhayu Wellness, we work with organizations and take a tailored approach to employee well-being, helping organizations mitigate burnout and improve performance. We implement evidence-based, practical, cost-effective, and sustainable initiatives to enhance efficiency and professional fulfillment, bringing positive cultural changes in the workplace. We specialize in healthcare organizations, however our approaches are beneficial in any setting. Inspiration Behind Sukhayu Wellness: Sukhayu Wellness LLC was founded by Dr. Jessica Singh, a Yale-trained emergency medicine physician, who has first-hand experience of how a busy work life can affect health and professional fulfillment. Dr. Singh founded Sukhayu Wellness with the mission to empower people to enhance their own health and wellness by addressing the root cause of the issue. Dr. Singh is the first to complete the physician wellness fellowship through the Department of Emergency medicine at Stanford University, where developed expertise in the art and science of physician wellness. Her work emphasizes the shared responsibility between physicians and organizations to enhance professional fulfillment and mitigate burnout.
