The A Architetti Studio Associato was founded in 2003. In the previous years the two founder associates Catharin Noorda and Mauro Schiavon made different experiences in co-operation with several studios in the field of interiors restorations, office planning, business areas planning and new construction buildings. A Architetti starts by mainly taking care of architectural planning and interiors restorations, then in 2001 a big portion of the planning activities of the Studio focuses on developing concepts for British companies in the Fitness and Wellness field, being aware of the timings and costs. They plan big centres (5000-7000 mq) in which swimming pools, gyms and different sizes SPA find their location. A Architetti has been in charge for several years of developing this kind of concept on national basis for companies such as Virgin Active (in co-operation with Studio Ravogli) and Fitness First. Moreover they develop plans for wellness areas in hotels and residential complexes. Notwithstanding the predominance of their activity in the Wellness field planning, the Studio carries on with the planning and restoration of interiors, in the recovery of residential buildings together with the planning of new business buildings, some of them also meant to have wellness areas inside.
