STA works for the students' academic, social and financial interests. This means, for example, that the teaching must be of high quality. It also means that no student at UiA should feel left out or bullied, and that STA works to make it possible to live as a full-time student on the funds from Lånekassen. In addition, STA looks after student democracy at UiA.
