Overview

How does this work from a restaurant clients’ perspective? - using Stravy, the client filters restaurants based on his preferred categories: cuisine, name, rating; - chooses a reservation time; - chooses preferred reservation type: table/ table+pre-ordered dishes/ takeaway; - Customer indicates: smoking or non-smoking table, number of guest and other specific remarks; - In case of choice - “table + pre-ordered dishes”,table is reserved and all dishes are served hot and at the specified time. How does this work from a restaurant administration’s perspective? - internal mobile app Stravy (admin app) is installed on restaurant personnel’s mobiles; - employees receive notifications about client orders from the app; - estaurant administration has access to Stravy admin panel, where they can: +set and edit menus: lunch, breakfast, and any other +add promotions, discounts etc + Indicate and edit working hours and holidays + create and edit dishes with photos + access statistics and analytics - Stravy charges the restaurant a percentage from bill paid by the clients brought to the restaurant through Stravy services as compensation for attracting customers to the restaurant; - Balancing of finances and payments between Stravy and the restaurant is carried out instantly.
