The Small Business Administration reported that 70% of startup Construction Companies go out of business within five years. They fail for one main reason: They are too busy to plan and improve their business. Construction Companies tend to focus their energy on delivering successful projects (making sure they are executed in a Safe environment, on-time, within budget, and in-compliance with Quality requirements), leaving little or no time to think in the direction and future of the organization.
