She uses her perseverance, resilience and situational adaptability to help develop businesses and individuals to uplift their capabilities and professional growth. A proud LGBTIQ+ ally, Melissa is often sought for her guidance on diversity and inclusion in the workplace and communities. She has been awarded and recognised for her work in this area.
