EURO LIDER Association was founded in 2007. The Association has the following aims: ➢ The development of human resources ➢ The promotion of lifelong learning and retraining ➢ Dissemination methods of dealing with unemployment particularly in relation to career counseling, personal counseling and recruitment ➢ The promotion of regional development as well as interregional and international cooperation ➢ Support for European integration in the social and economic conditions as well as initiating activities for the development of civil society and establishing international working relationships ➢ The promotion of equality between women and men ➢ Promoting entrepreneurship and innovative forms of development ➢ Promoting new methods of communication, including e-learning and social media ➢ Promoting the integration of people with disabilities within society The Association pursues its objectives by: ➢ Training activities ➢ Publications ➢ The organization of various events such as meetings, seminars and conferences ➢ Business consultancy in relation to obtaining EU funds, human resources, legal and professional issues ➢ The implementation of the assigned tendered projects ➢ Developing and promoting innovation in social, economic and cultural developments ➢ Interaction with public authorities, NGOs, employers, the media ➢ Working as a recruitment agency
