StoneTree is a private direct lender looking for commercial real estate loans anywhere in CA, OR, WA and NV. At this time we are only interested in income producing properties and will lend upto 65% LTV. Our loan terms are 1 to 5 years with interest only fixed rates ranging from 10% to 12%. All of our loans are funded by Stone Circle Mortgage Fund, LLC which StoneTree manages.
