Overview

Steve Rudolph delivers inspiring and effective leadership, management, and coaching training to Fortune 1000 clients and small businesses. Clients include: Fidelity National Title, Novo Nordisk, FMC, Abbott Nutrition, Amway, Asheville Independent Restaurants, and Telco Community Credit Union; among others. Services include Sales Training, Leadership Development, Coaching Skills for Managers, and Seminars & Interactive Workshops. These services are provided in the Asheville, NC area and beyond. Steve's development philosophy is guided by five main principals. First, consistent training and a "growth mindset" (an openness to learn) is the DNA of great leaders and managers. Second, great training rarely produces great changes, it is the practice and commitment after the training that produces results. Third, only strong, clear, and inspiring leadership, at all levels of an organization, produces significant and meaningful change. Fourth, big changes take time and involve iterations of failure. Fifth, and final, leadership is everyone's right and responsibility; it does not reside inside a title. These principals have been developed through a deep understanding of modern neuroscience, adult development, and performance training research. Steve holds a B.A. in Secondary Education, an M.A. in Human & Organizational Development, and coaching credentials with the International Coaching Federation. His signature Coaching Skills for Managers program has delivered measured performance results for a range of industry leaders and their organizations. Steve’s development approaches are strongly influenced by his belief that building fierce customer loyalty drives cycles of continuous improvement and cultural renewal. Steve lives in Asheville, NC with his two soccer-passionate children and wife. Steve’s family also enjoys rock climbing, whitewater kayaking, and mountain biking. Steve is a martial arts enthusiast, having earned his black belt in tae kwon do.
