Sterling Service Group was established in Chicago in 1987. In 2005 Sterling Service Group opened our Atlanta location by bringing experienced Technicians and Support Staff from our original location to Georgia. We have spent nearly 20 years in Atlanta building our Team, our reputation and redefining the expectations of Service. In the fall of 2020, we grew into Sterling SouthEast with the opening of our Nashville location. We are adventurous and we will continue to work on expansion so we can offer the standard of Service that we have worked to redefine for the last 35 years. Our Company was founded on the basic principle "to treat our Customers the way we would like to be treated". It's such a simple concept that we believe is often forgotten in the Service Industry. We understand that there is a certain trust that you have to put into a Service Provider when you invite them into your home. We want to gain your trust and keep it by providing superior service from the representative who answers the phone to the Technician that you welcome into your home. You want to know that the Technician is knowledgeable about the product and has the experience to resolve the issue quickly.
