StartUp Scouts was originally founded in 2021, under the name Rhode Recruitment, by our Founder & CEO, Lydia Rhode Green. Lydia started her own recruitment firm after experiencing frustrations with previous candidate processes, and the desire to help her growing network of 10,000+ job seekers land jobs in a tough job market. Lydia has directly hired technical & non-technical candidates for her software development company, Rhode Ventures. She remains dedicated to serving the needs of startups at all stages of their journey, and secure existing & founding team members.
