Through our wholly owned subsidiary, Standard Title Exchange Company, LLC, we can facilitate your 1031 like-kind exchange, service as qualified intermediary and performing the exchange accommodation titleholder function. In addition, through York Standard AMC, LLC, a joint venture between Standard Title and York Properties, Inc., we act as a full-service receiver and substitute trustee for troubled real estate assets and transactions.
