Our craftsmen have been on the cutting edge since 1976 as an industry leader severing the Medical, Aerospace, Defense, Consumer goods and Automotive industries. We specialize in Laser and Chemical Texturing, Laser Engraving, Micromachining and Mold Repair. St. Paul Engraving focuses on quality, customer service and fast turnaround time to meet our customer’s needs. To do this, SPE continuously invests in the latest technology allowing us to maintain our competitive edge. We invested in our first laser over 20 years ago, before 5-axis laser texturing and engraving was even a concept. During this time, we developed processes for laser engraving, micromachining and texturing and have been improving on them ever since. This has given us a deep knowledge on how to manipulate programs and parameters for each specific laser application. In result, when the first 5-axis laser designed for texturing emerged, SPE was ready to hit the ground running. This allowed us to build a reputation as one of the most experienced 5-axis laser texturing, engraving and machining providers in the world. We continue to invest in the latest laser technology, automation and 3R fixturing allowing us to deliver on our promise of the highest quality and the fastest turnaround time in our industry. With focus on quality and attention to detail, our craftsmen take pride in their work, as each job is a self-portrait of themselves. Our training process involves extensive knowledge on the molding process, texturing and engraving allowing our craftsmen to evaluate and troubleshoot issues that may arise later during the molding process. Keeping our customer’s project objectives at top-of-mind; we recognize that as a mold finish provider, the texturing and engraving process is one of the last steps in the mold building process. Our dedication to this training process ensures we have the opportunity to save our customers costly down time and help accelerate their product’s time-to-market.
