The Association is operated by a small and dedicated staff and the whole island wide program is supported by volunteers who are in the National Executive Committee,Chief Commissioner,Deputy Chief Commissioner,Asst.Commissioner, President,Deputy President,Vice Presidents, Sectoral,Provincial,District & Zonal Commissioners and over 2000 leaders functioning as volunteers around the country.
