SpotHealth is a community driven platform for health. Contrary to the "no pain, no gain" diktat, we believe getting healthier is a journey, and more than anything, it's supposed to be continuous and fun. Our mission is making that possible by connecting people with terrific sports (and support) groups around them. For free. We've seen that the impact of joining our well designed and managed communities has been transformational for people. Our hope is to bring these stories of transformation everywhere.
