3D Spine Matrix Biotechnology researches, develops and commercializes a novel proprietary biological technology that is capable of restoring the function of damaged cartilage and connective tissue through the reconstruction and regeneration of structural tissue. The matrix is suitable for 3D Bioprinting, Bio Ink and all applications where an extracellulare matrix is necessary. 3D Spine Matrix’s initial product development is a biological nucleus implant (“RESTORE”) which uses a collagen matrix in a highly compressed form. The company is the only player in this specialist area (biological cell free nucleus implant) and is well-placed to take advantage of the increasing trend of surgeons using less traumatic means of treating back pain in order to do only a nucleotomy.
