(SER) was founded in 1989 by Mr. Peter Okonkwo, M.S., P.E. with the vision of integrating multidisciplinary academic training with cutting-edge technology, experience and professionalism in designing projects for both public and private sector clients. SER is one of North and Central Florida's leading civil engineering, environmental engineering, site planning and land surveying firms. SER is a full service firm with offices in Tallahassee and Orlando, Florida. SER's professional staff of engineers, surveyors, project managers, environmentalists, CADD technicians and administrators bring a wealth of expertise and experience in site and development engineering, roadway and highway design, infrastructure planning, environmental and stormwater design, water and waste water systems design, environmental permitting, construction administration and land surveying.
