Speakcheesy is a gourmet grilled cheese ghost kitchen and food truck concept. Our ghost kitchen is nestled in the heart of Candler Park in Atlanta and located in the basement of Neighborhood Church (1561 McLendon) with an entrance right off Mel street. Speakcheesy has been a long-standing food truck concept. Founded in 2014 by owner Hill and her two best friends, the Speakcheesy food truck is now a family affair operated by Hill, her partner Be, and their trusted friends and family. When Hill and Ben aren’t operating the ATL-based ghost kitchen Tuesdays - Thursdays, the food truck can be found at festivals and events all around Georgia, Eastern Alabama, and Southeastern Tennessee on the weekends.
