Spark+Mettle is an energetic youth charity that likes to help people flourish. Billed as an aspirations agency—Spark+Mettle specialises in working alongside young people (between the ages of 18 and 24) from challenging backgrounds to explore non-traditional career pathways. Their primary aim is to connect these young people with individuals, ideas and organisations that can help them get to where they want to go. Spark+Mettle has a creative, collaborative and adaptive approach to work; it is keen to complement the positive impact of other education and youth organisations.
